Pet Friendly Apartments in Phoenix Ventana Palms Apartments

At Ventana Palms Apartments we welcome you and your pets to our community, manicured grounds and to our designated pet area. Cats are also welcomed!

Although we love all our resident's pets, all animals must be pre-approved, be house-trained, and have a recent Veterinarian statement of good health. A non-refundable $300 pet fee is applicable for each pet under 30-lbs and $500 per pet over 31-lbs. We do charge a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet under 30-lbs and $50 per pet over 31-lbs.

Breeds: We do not have weight restrictions, but we do have breed restricitions, please contact our Leasing Center for further information.
