The management at ventana gonepalms have been nothing but helpful and accommodating. I'm a homeless veteran, and Julie and Carmine have gone far beyond any expectations that I had when it comes to apartment management. If it wasn't for these two girls, I would be in the street. I have been here a year, and was hospitalized 5 of those months. Not one time did I have to worry about apt or my belongings. When I returned home, everything was as I left it. I recommend this property to all. Management will go the extra mile to make you feel at home.

I’ve been here since October and I’ve honestly had a great experience. Especially with the office manager, Santos, she has been amazing and very timely with helping me out. And the maintenance man is always on point and very friendly!!

We have lived here for over a year and I love it! Jasmine and Carmen in the office are soooo nice, and they always have fun stuff happening for the kids in the complex. I love having the townhouse apartment. The pool is so relaxing too.

Jasmine is the sweetest manager I've ever had, She is very understanding and listens to me when i need something addressed. Couldn't ask for a better manager. The balloons are so cute!

I’ve been working with Jasmine for about a week now, and I’ve got to say she’s been nothing but professional, kind, and easy to work with. From the jump, she’s shown a great attitude and has been super helpful with everything I’ve needed. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who actually cares and keeps it real. Jasmine has been the best manager since I have lived here. She is extremely friendly and gets things done. My experience with Jasmine has been that she is professional, and knowledgeable about anything I have asked.

They’ve been incredibly helpful and responsive, always taking the time to answer all my questions about their community, the qualification process, and applications. The property looks amazing, it is gated, washer and dryer in unit, classic and renovated units both look great! Great prices and specials.
